Returns Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.

We make every endeavour to provide goods that are free from defect and fit for purpose. If we agree this is not the case we will remedy the situation by way of replacement product or exchange, or refund where appropriate if we are informed within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Tenaru.

If your product is found to be in full working condition or any defects or damage were caused after you took receipt of the product, it will be returned to you and you will be invoiced a processing fee and any freight costs associated with the return. These invoiced amounts will be payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Once product is received it will not be possible to receive a refund due to change of mind. This is also the case once the order has been received on our system and the goods have been despatched, however if you contact us after order placement we will do all we can cancel the order if it has not yet been despatched.   

Some goods come with a manufacturers warranty. This will not affect your statutory rights.
