DELIVERY OF GOODS

Order Confirmation Process

You will receive an automated email once your order is received confirming the products and quantities you have ordered. We will send a second email to confirm availability of stock and our acceptance of your order. This email will also contain details of the shipping method and, where applicable, courier tracking number.

 

Orders received before our daily cut-off time, which is midday (Eastern Standard Time) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after midday or on a weekend /public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Standard delivery service is available to Australia.

 

Delivery service available to overseas addresses

We are able to ship to overseas on request. Please contact us on 1300 745 536 or through Contact Us on this site to obtain a quotation for delivery.


Please note, although we achieve high levels, the above service level is not guaranteed. Dispatch times are dependent on factors such as stock availability, variations in courier services etc. We will endeavour to inform you within the next working day if we are not able to meet the above service level.

Goods will be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight/volume and are calculated by the database immediately - just view your cart.


In most instances our courier partners will require a signature on delivery. If there is a possibility that you may be out when the package is delivered you may advise of a neighbour who might sign on your behalf (in the ‘delivery instructions’ box on the checkout page) and some couriers will accept this. If it is not possible to arrange delivery to a neighbour or the courier finds no answer at delivery address then they will leave an advisory card. Please follow the instructions on the card. If you encounter any problems please contact the courier. Some couriers do not ask for a signature and can leave the parcel in a safe place as instructed by yourself in the ‘delivery instructions’ box. Tenaru accepts no liability for damaged, missing or lost parcels when you have requested for your parcel to be left without a signature.

 

If delivery is urgent then please call 1300 745 536 and we will make every effort to get the order ready for dispatch as soon as possible. Delivery may take between 1 and 4 days, depending on the delivery option and area to be delivered too. Delivery times are estimates only.

We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery how so ever arising. You are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping information is provided, we will not be liable to you if you provided to us incomplete or incorrect shipping information. You will be liable for any fees incurred as a result of incomplete or incorrect shipping information.  Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received but we will do our best to help you in this situation. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Tenaru.
